Often potential buyers like to drive past the property and around the area before choosing to inspect. It is also beneficial to display an attractive photo on the signboard out the front of the property when the front yard is less attractive or it is a battle-axe block. Many buyers would be turned off the property from a poor first impression however if they can see an appealing photo they might change their opinion and look further into the property.
Signboards also attract the interest of drivers-by. They may not be looking for a house and they’re probably not trawling the internet browsing property but they drive past your home every day and love it. Now they know it’s for sale because of your sign board outside the property. Don’t miss out on these unexpected buyers.
