The second suburb was Calwell, with this home in O’Connor Circuit selling for $920,000.  Located in one of the most sought after streets in the Tuggeranong Valley, the buyer splashed out on this immaculate home with breathtaking views.


At third, was this property in the desired estate of Gleneagles in James Scott Close, Kambah, selling for $845,000.


Next is this stunning family home in Bonython in Shylie Rymill Street sold for $830,000.  A modern home with all the inclusions and an impressive outdoor entertaining space to boot.
